Coombs - The Coombs Family originated from England in the Gloucester and Worcester counties, they migrated to the united States in the mid 1800's and settled in Utah. The Coombs family also ties into families that came to America in the early 1600's and settled in New England. There is also an Indian line from Connecticut. Jensen - The Jensen Family originated from northern Denmark in Hjørring County, they migrated to Utah in the mid 1800's and settled in Utah. The majority of ancestors where farmers and are traceable to the mid 1600's in Denmark. Sparks - The Sparks Family originated from Worcestershire and Hereford in England, they like the other families above migrated to Utah in the mid 1800's and settled in Utah. The Sparks family line also goes into Perthshire in Scotland, and Frederiksborg County in Denmark. Ravsten - The Ravsten Family originated from Malmöhus County in Sweden. The name Ravsten (Rafsten) originated from Per Rafsten who was born abt 1700. The family has used the name since. This line also has family in København and Svenborg Counties in Denmark, as well as, Schleswig-Holsteins County in Germany (Prussia).
